Useful evidence. Visible uncertainty.
Every observation needs a source.
Reports distinguish documented source facts, owner accounts and research interpretation. Source permissions and factual support must be checked before publication.
A collection of stories is not a survey.
People choose whether to share an experience. Strong opinions, missing details and repeated stories can distort the picture. We do not turn anecdotes into customer success, regret or failure rates.
Duration and conditions matter.
Six months of ownership is different from a first impression. Conditions, maintenance, product versions and missing context affect what can be concluded. Manufacturer instructions do not establish real-world reliability.
AI assists research.
AI may help discover, organise and summarise sources. Automated drafts remain separate from published reports until source, permission and accuracy checks are recorded. A source-backed label does not mean that a product was independently tested, or that every statement received human expert review.
Corrections belong in the process.
Use the correction form or contact support. Evidence withdrawal and changed reports return to review.
News feeds are separate.
Publisher headlines and dates are separate from outcome findings.
Commercial relationships are disclosed.
